"Deadpool 2" will soon open the door to a new series of Fox projects that are X-Force ahead.
After the success of Deadpool (2016) and Logan (2017), Fox realized that it was possible to develop a line of superhero films that differed from both Marvel and DC in the 18+ style. The latest movie in this style is the upcoming Deadpool 2. If successful, this will be the premise for a series of projects on the X-Force violent personality.
The names of Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds), Cable Guy (Josh Brolin) and Domino (Zazie Beetz) are the mutants with the power to manipulate their fortunes.
Also, in the Trailer of Deadpool 2, viewers are seeing new faces. They will also be members of the X-Force group including GW Bridge (Terry Crews), Shatterstar (Lewis Tan) and Garrison Kane (unknown actor).
According to sources, Deadpool 2 will open up a whole new world of the X-Men universe. The movie trailer shows a dark, futuristic world where mutants fiercely conflict with humans. The X-Force was born to protect the survival of human beings as well as to change events in the past so the war never happened. Drew Goddard - director of Cabin in the Woods (2012), Deadpool 2 and the Daredevil series - will be the project's lead.

Most likely, the movie will link to the future world in Logan or X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014). This is likely to be a "strategy card" for Fox to link films in the X-Men universe that have been criticized over time. X-Force has not set a date yet, though many sources have said the movie will officially start shooting in October. Most likely, the work will be one of Fox's three unnamed projects in 2019.
